July 19th Update:

All orders
Due to the global shortage of some materials, all of our shipments are suffering delays. Please, we ask you to be patient, as we're working as fast as we can to dispatch pending orders.

 

June 1st Update:

First Class International (for Minifigures and small sets)
There are considerable delays on shipments to all the destinations, because of the reduced number of commercial flights, where these type of shipments travels. There are still alterations and restrictions caused by COVID-19. Our operator confirm that no lost of package will occur, so we ask to be patient.

 

April 16th Update:

First Class International (for Minifigures and small sets)
There are considerable delays on shipments with destination: United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Italy and France.

 

March 26th Update:

Deliveries to the UK
UPS informs that they're doing everything they can to fulfill their service commitment but, due to the Brexit operative, customs are suffering delays with arrivals and departures of parcels. Your shipment may take longer than usual.

December 23rd Update:

First Class International
There are considerable delays on shipments with destination: Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, United Kingdom and Canada.

 

We'd like to inform our customers that we're still open and taking every caution regarding COVID-19 following our government guidelines to ensure safety protocols. Our team is working to complete orders but manufacturing and shipping times can vary depending on the delivery country.

For orders that includes Display Frames, manufacturing times also can vary due to the current situation. These products are made to order.
