Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the tracking of the logistic company in charge of your shipment, so you can follow it anytime.

This same information will be available in the "Orders" section of Your Account.

It is important that you check this link frequently, since the transport company will update it with all the information about your shipment.

Couriers don't contact via phone to warn you before to deliver the goods.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
